Merino Care

Care for what you wear.

Don't worry, our shirts are really low admin.

These are just some good tips to make sure your gear sticks around longer than your hamster.

Do not wash often - Yes, you read correct

Merino wool's natural antibacterial properties mean it resists odors, yes even yours. So frequent washing isn't necessary.

Soft spot cleaning should get you through most small splatters. But, if your garment does need a freshen up, a cold delicate wash should do the trick.

Avoid the Dryer - Merino Air dries very quickly

Placing merino garments in the dryer, will cause them to shrink. But thanks to merino's moisture-wicking properties, your garments will air dry faster than a dryer cycle anyway.

Skip the Hanger - Chuck it in a drawer

Merino is Pliable, prolonged hanging can stretch the fabric and mess with the fit. Keep you garments in a drawer or on a shady shelf ready for action. If you do need to get your garment fitting like new, pop it in the dryer on a quick cycle.

Like we said, it's pretty easy to keep your merino garments happy and healthy. If you want to read more about Merino Care check out our Journal post here, ask our store chat or reach our on socials.
